The Founders Hub administrator can delete other users and cannot be removed by another teammate. To change the Founders Hub administrator, the current administrator needs to:
- Log into the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub at https://portal.startups.microsoft.com and navigate to ‘Settings’ by clicking on the gear icon in the top, right corner of the screen next to your profile picture.
- On the 'Team Members' tab, click 'Transfer admin permission' next to the user you want to promote.
- Confirm you want to make the transfer.
- If your admin left the organization and is unable to complete this, please contact support at https://aka.ms/startuphelpemail.
