You can't sign in to your Microsoft account

Please refer to the email that was sent on January 11, 2022. Migration to Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub is required to access support and to redeem any unactivated benefits including the new Microsoft Mentor Network. Any existing benefits including your Azure sponsorship credits will not be impacted

To join, complete the below steps as soon as possible:

- Click here and authenticate with your Microsoft Account.
- Provide us with the most up-to-date information on you and your startup and accept our updated program agreement.
- Your migration is complete! You will now use Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub moving forward.

You can add a team member by going to the "Company Profile" tab in Founders Hub and "Invite a team member". You can have up to 5 team members in Founders Hub, including you. All team members have the same level of access in Founders Hub. 

If you are a member of Founders Hub, you can easily take action to remove this user by deleting their account. Go to the settings wheel in the Founders Hub, and navigate to the "Team Members" tab. Click the "trash can icon" next to the user you want to delete. Please note that this will not transfer the registrations of other sponsored benefits. Please go to individual benefit sections for steps on transferring those benefits.

If you believe that you mistakenly received an invite to be added to Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, please ignore the email and delete it. 

If you invited to wrong person and they completed the steps to join Founders Hub, you can easily take action to remove this user yourself by deleting their account. Go to the settings wheel in the Founders Hub, and navigate to the "Team Members" tab. Click the "trash can icon" next to the user you want to delete.

If you have been accepted into Founders Hub, you are now able to export and delete your data at any stage in your Founders Hub journey. You can export all of your account information from the ‘Settings’ page by going to ‘Export account data’.
As an admin, you can also delete your Founders Hub account from the ‘Settings’ page by going to ‘Delete account’ and confirming you’d like to delete your account. This will also close out your redeemed Visual Studio and Azure licenses.
