What do I do if I get an "Already redeemed" error when activating my Azure benefit?

Azure credits were previously allocated to the Microsoft Account (MSA) associated with this email address, often from another Microsoft program. If you are finished with credits from the other program, contact support at https://aka.ms/startuphelpemail for help activating Founders Hub credits.

If you are still using credits from another program, we typically recommend you finish using these and then activate Founders Hub credits. See article https://foundershubsupportcenter.powerappsportals.com/article/KA-01113 for benefit activation deadlines.

To use credits from two programs in parallel, please set up a new MSA with another email address. Note it is not possible to share workloads across MSAs.

How do I apply Azure Sponsorship Credits to an existing subscription?

After logging into the Founders Hub portal at https://foundershub.startups.microsoft.com, go to the Benefits tab and select Redeem in the Azure sponsorship benefits section. Use your Azure subscription email when redeeming credits.
