While you are using credits, your consumpion data will be available in the Sponsorship Portal.

You should receive an email which explains why the request was denied. If necessary, you can modify your information and submit another request.

Requests to move up levels should be made after you meet criteria for the next level and no later than 2 weeks before either of the following:

• Your current credit allocation is exhausted. An overview of your credit balance is available in the Develop Page within Founders Hub
• You have reached the program end date listed at the top of your Benefits Page within Founders Hub

• Within your Founders Hub Profile select ‘My business is incorporated or is a legal entity.’
• On the Home page select ‘Verify Business’
• Ensure an exact match between the startup name and address listed in your documentation with what is in your Founders Hub profile. Instructions for updating your profile information can be found here
• Ensure all supporting documents are dated within the last 12 months
• The status of your verification request will be available on the Home and Settings pages.

First, include a link to your website within your Founders Hub profile and complete Business Verification. Domain verification can then be initaited via the Home or Settings pages by clicking ‘Verify Domain’. The request status will be available on the Home or Settings pages. See here for information on completing business verification.

If Domain Verification is declined, you will be asked to provide additional documentation. To provide this, go to the Home or Settings page and select "Re-verify Domain".

You will be prompted to provide documentation such as:

• Assignment letter from an authorized representative of the organization.
• Domain ownership records, such as Whois.
• Domain purchase invoices or registry confirmation records.
• Website showing name, address, contact information, and domain of the organization.

If you change any information about your startup that was used to verify either your incorporation or your domain, it will re-trigger the need for verification.

• Ensure all supporting documents are dated within the last 12 months
• Ensure an exact match between the startup name and address listed in your documentation with what is in your Founders Hub profile. Instructions for updating your profile information can be found here

• Verify the domain/website listed in your Founders Hub profile is accurate. Instructions for updating your profile information can be found here.
• Provide a receipt or other documentation indicating ownership of the domain.
• If you still have issues, contact us.

This confirms that your startup is registered and confirms ownership.

We recommend beginning this process at least 1 month before you would like to move up levels. This provides time for you to gather all relevant information and documentation. Once submitted, verifcation takes 7 business days. The status of verification requests is displayed on your Founders Hub Home page.

Click ‘Re-verify Domain’ in the Home or Settings page. The screen will ask you to select a document type to upload and prompt you to attach the document. Document types include:

• Assignment letter from an authorized representative of the organization.
• Domain ownership records, such as Whois.
• Domain purchase invoices or registry confirmation records.
• Website showing name, address, contact information, and domain of the organization.
